Having moved to Queenstown recently & having tried my luck with various GP's I booked in with Lindsay Macharg & now could not be happier. Lindsay takes the time with every appointment & explains everything in a clear way. Have found my new GP that I will continue to use every time.

I would like to thank doctor Catherine Phoon for genuine and kind treatment. Her professionalism is to the highest level. Same goes for doctor Alessandra Caramello.

It was the worst experience with Catherine phoon. She did not listen what I required for, any eye contact, just typing to focus on record.. I made an another appointment with another  doctor because I would like to check more details but she denied it. However other doctor organize for me. Please I strongly recommend that do not make an appointment with catherine phoon in Remarkable medical centre.  It is waste time and waste money.

Booking appointments with Shaylyn sp? was a great experience.  She was friendly and so very helpful, and did everything she could do to accommodate my scheduling needs. Thank you Shaylyn for being a terrific "face" for the medical centre

Wonderful practice. They were so helpful when I needed to leave the country the next day. Especially Dr Alex Caramello and nurse Taylor hope I Spelt your name correct and the reception staff were fantastic. Highly recommended !

10 years ago I brought my friend there with a brain concussion , was really scared as it was our first time away from Israel... We got an amazing treatment,  they didn't charged us,  and everyone were just so friendly and nice... My friend recovered in no time,  and we had a great trip . . Just remembered it:... And wanted to say thanks!!!

180 bucks for travellers just to be seen, receptionist was rude as when I called in. Plenty of GP options in queenstown. They'll all charge you as a traveler, but they wont all be rather rude to you when your feeling sick.

Friendly staff, clear communication and some fantastic doctors, with a solid understanding of general practice.

bad service and they overcharge. no mentioning the doctors arent very experienced.
