As a visitor, I wasn't too sure if I would be seen, as I came here at about 4 on a Friday afternoon. However, the reception staff said it was no problem but it could be an hour wait.

I was seen and treated within half an hour. Both the nurse and doctor on duty were wonderful and caring. They helped me massively, and also gave me recommendations for longer term treatment once I got back to the UK (more than the UK doctors I've seen have ever done!!) 

I would highly recommend coming here if in need.

Had myself the best experience there. Excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The woman at front desk charged me by mistake an extra 100NZD and she called me a few days later when she realized so I would get it back, I hadn't even realized so I was happily impressed. The nurses and doctors all walked me through the process with care and kindness. All of them wished me luck with my studies for my work visa.
I'm delighted and grateful.
Thanks very much, I come from a place where this is not normal, it just feels right to be taken care of.

Paid $160 as a visitor to see a GP as I was experiencing VERY obvious symptoms of tonsilitis. Was told to have anitinflammatories and drink lots of water. Went to another GP 2 days later- he was disgusted with the misdiagnoses I received so recently.

Refused to cover ACC. I had to pay extra for my injury. Totally I paid 100$ for painkillers. Still fall in pain. Better to visit different hospital. It only can happened in small town.

Went here for immigration medical check. Probably the most expensive in town but very quick with the service. There's a pharmacy and cafe upstairs for convenience
