Went there for alterations spend time with the seamstress to explain only to find on pick up (2nd time to pick up because 1st time only half was ready) they disregarded what was on the yellow label and did what they "thought was best". They don't return calls and Bambi over talks you. While Rhonda the seamstress might be the best on the coast its unfortunate you have to go through Regal to get to her. Very disappointing service or lack off and to think this business used to have such a good reputation... :-(

Wouldn't go anywhere else. I normally get appointments sprung on me at the last minute so I need my suit dry cleaned asap. Every time I've had it in on one afternoon, and it's done by the next morning. The quality of the work is second to none, and the price is extremely reasonable too. Highly recommended!!

Reading these reviews I'm so glad I'm not the only one who experienced the horrible customer service! Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, they misquoted my orders (for almost double what they originally told me), took ages to complete anything and I spoke to management who did not believe me and didn't seem to even care. It is clear Bundilla Kawana have no idea about dry cleaning or customer service, take your clothes elsewhere people!

Quick service for minor repair, but the team member wasn't very nice. I went in to get a zip repaired on a dress. The team member decided to comment on the length (which, might I add, is NOT short, and is actually an appropriate length and the least bit revealing). She compared it to a top... I was really offended by this. She failed to mention the price until after I had put my order in, I suppose I could have asked, but never thought it would be as expensive as $30 to get a zip fixed. Overall, not pleased at all with the service. Was a waste of money. Wish I went somewhere else. Or, wish another team member with a kind nature would have served me. Would have felt much more looked after and appreciated, seeing as how I am spending way too much than I really should be.

Worst customer service ever. The girl didn't even ask what I wanted done before she threw my clothing on the ground and said 'what's your phone number'. Not only that, the pricing is way too expensive. Will never go there again.
