My husband was looking for some urgent repairs to his denim shorts and upon entering Prestos Dry Cleaners, Carole from the front counter and Sally behind the jump were more then happy to accommodate even though they were obviously already too busy. What I really appreciated about these two wonderful ladies was their ability to adjust and prioritise a task with professionalism, kindness and humour. We shared a couple of laughs and their customer service skills came with a smile! I HIGHLY recommend this friendly establishment for all your dry cleaning and/or alteration needs. Thanks ladies for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely appalling service. Can’t believe they are in business. Brought my new dress to stem for the racers and got it back damaged with iron stains and starch spots all over the skirt. It was a very expensive dress and they just sent me away without care. No one deserves to be treated like this, owner was very rude and charged me for the damaged dress and tried to tell me it was my new dress that was the issue! What!nDO NOT RECOMMEND. No one deserves to have there clothes damaged.nWarning not to take anything here! Read other reviews first on Google there’s lots.nnWish I did

I had a wonderful experience with these legends. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all the stains were removed from my wedding gown, my second dress yes, must be nice and even my husband's suit. Their efficiency was remarkable, allowing me to have my garments back in pristine condition in no time. I was also impressed by their thoughtful gesture of providing a box for long-term storage of my dress. I highly recommend this dry cleaner for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff were absolutely the best...so nice to chat with and super helpful. Got my wedding suit shirt pressed before our big day and then the suit dry cleaned and my wife's dress cleaned and boxed.nVery surprised with the prices and great value...won't be going anywhere else to get my suits cleaned!
