On several occasions I have not had a good result with pressing and continued to use the cleaners even through I could not wear a pair of silk trousers again after they came back like cardboard but asked that they do not press them . Well I put my ARMANI special brand trousers in for clean and asked that they do not press them as I did not want these ruined well they have spotted them to the stage they have taken the colour out of them. I ask them to just clean them only. I have been trying to contact the owner with out success. I just keep getting fobbed off. There is no customer care here I would advise anyone not to go here
