4 stars because this is a family business. However, while the male owner is always professional, kind and polite, his wife is quite a horrible person and the antithesis of good customer service. I have encountered enough rudeness from her over the years to decide that walking in the store isn't worth dealing with a person like that.

Just enough. They have ice cream. That is the only thing they have to make the difference which against the big supermarket which is just crossing the street
