What in the potential food tempering is this? I just did an Uber eats order. Get the order inside to find that one of the bags of lollies has been opened, tampered with and then resealed with cellotape.nnI tried calling them to sort this out. Not only did they not answer the phone, they hung the phone up. I'm Gen X, I know that distinctive pickup and then clicknnI'm treating this as a possible food tampering situation as it's too dodgy to not be.nnThe Sour Patch Kids will be going to the food safety authority in the morning and I'll be in for my refund.

Ordered 4 sundaes. Took the guy making them 20 minutes to make after he asked every staff member what it was i orderee and how to make them. Given a carry tray which wasn't fit for purpose as the cups the use for sundaes are too narrow, went to the door and they fell off. Got told that it was my own fault not theirs. Definitely will never go back.

Terrible place. We order it on uber eats and our whole order was messed up. They didn’t inform us that some of our order was missing and they switched the ones that we asked for totally random items that we didn’t ask for. I tried calling didn’t answer the phone. We tried to get a refund and they expected us to pay the full price of our order. Never ordering from here again n don’t expect me to be any easier if I see this company in person thanks

Had a pickup for UberEats for the customer but the staff is so unprofessional and pathetic asked me to pack a list of items for them. He was arguing with his co-worker at the same time with earpods in his ears talking with someone on the call. And instead of doing his work he started misbehaving and smiling as if he did something great.nI have never seen such nuisance. Worst experience. Unethical.

Used to come here all the time for the good servings of ice cream in the cones... just went in and paid $5 for less than 1 scoop of ice cream for me...and the kids single scoops were next to nothing as well... for those prices i would have not bothered...very inconsistent with serving dependant on the person working there who doesn't know what they are doing and are not trained...wont be stopping here ever again...
