Very rude staff and security. Called abusive words to us and did not let us in. This guy big tummy and big in size was so rude and called us two girls very abusive words and even lied about the things which we haven’t even said. Sometimes they just think that the world is under their control just because they work as a security for a club.
I went to a party and asked only for tap water. There was an Asian guy serving, he saw me and he just refused to serve!! I wasn’t even asking for alcohol… very very disappointing to be in the queue and get a “no” for water whiteout any reason.
Went to the 20th birthday party, terrible experience. Staff refused to give me tap water, twice! That's 100% unacceptable. Should report the Asian looking dude but this 1 star will hopefully do the work!!!
I hired the venue out and all the security and bar staff at the palace, hidden pour, and Reds square. are absolutely golden would definitely work with them again, highly recommended. again
Was walking past outside as was literally attacked by the owner, he tried to grab our drinks and say because it’s his property he could. Take them thankfully he was a 5’5 weak man and us teenage girls could easily take our drinks back
Full of under-aged kids, the place absolutely stinks aswell. Awful
They let the staff treat you however they want. I had never met or known the VIP girl and the girl with coloured hair and glasses before. I was on a night out when they provoked, targeted and attacked me. To then just be banned when I was the one left with bruises and swollen face. The staff will treat you poorly and then just ban you. It’s not a safe venue at all.
This place is way over hyped. It is very small and cramped. Drinks are overpriced. Music is way too loud. Venue smells awful. Owner has a questionable reputation. Security can be unnecessarily heavy handed with young patrons. This place really has very little going for it unless you are pinging hard and want to stare at the light up dance floor.
The bartender with glasses is SO RUDE to everyone. All the time. Get a different job you stuck-up nasty girl. The female staff they hire for bar are always like that to customers. It doesn’t leave a good taste in people’s mouths. Security are nowhere to be seen and absolutely useless when you need them. I’ve seen so many people get jumped inside reds and none of them broken up by security. If you get spiked you get thrown into the gutter out of the side door, instead of an ambulance called.
