Waited 45 minutes for our order while other customers were served quickly and when asked y it was late, they said they forget. Now Disturbingly, one young children were running around the kitchen near fryers and food prep areas and also wanted a spicy chicken meal but it wasnt spicy at all.

I always try to have patience for fast food places but this was just abysmal, they’d also ran out of half their stock at 7pm on a Sunday
Love Red Rooster, it's the best fast food in Australia. This venue is just my local, food is always ready as soon as I order but never tastes like it's been laying around under a heater.nnBathrooms are often not stocked with toilet paper.
We had lunch here today we dined in. Got there knew what we wanted the girl seen us. But still stood there on her mobile phone then after she had finished what ever shd was doing she served us. Customers keep these places open but her being on her phone was more important than us. We sat down when she brang out our order we thought she was bringing it to the table well we were wrong. Shd put it on end of bench and made us get up to get it. Two more steps and she would of been at our table. And geez smile it don't cost nothing.nnBecause of the service we got I didn't clean up our mess get off you phone and do it.
3.5 STARSnnHaven't had Red Rooster for awhile and thought I'd go get some cheesy nuggets.nnThe person who took my order was very nice and friendly. It took ~8-10mins.nnThe nuggets were good.nnIf I can, will need to try ordering a full meal next time.
