It’s my favourite spot, but it needs some improvement for the drive-through experience. Now, everyone needs to check their takeaway when using the drive-through.nnThey don’t attach the receipt to the bag anymore. In the past, they did, which reduced a lot of mistakes.nn1. Please attach a receipt to the takeaway order for customers.nIt will be a good reference for the staff to know what’s inside, and it helps customers as well.nnThese days, staff just hand over the takeaway order without telling customers what’s inside, leaving them to figure it out. Then they quickly walk away. If you’re unlucky, you only find out something is wrong once you’re home.nn2. On Sunday 20th Sept at 1:15 pm, the takeaway staff messed up an order.nThey gave our order to the car behind us. The bag we got back was already opened. I thought it was just a small mistake, but for hygiene and food safety reasons, issues like this should be reduced.
Visited this location on Saturday at 2pm and was shocked by the poor upkeep. Dirty toilets, uncleared tables, and overflowing bins—basic hygiene standards were clearly neglected. This reflects badly on management, as staffing or cleaning protocols seem inadequate. I hope McDonald’s takes these issues seriously, as no customer should have to deal with such conditions.
staff are kind.nStaff took spicy buffalo, which they said no stock at the beginning, to my seat once she found it.
Went there at 4.00 pm today and waited in Drive Thru for 15 minutes for a Coffee and I asked for the Manager and he’s view was he was trying the best he could and if you don’t like it go somewhere else.nGreat Attitude.They were to lazy to park cars because you might have to walk to give meals.At 15 minutes they still hadn’t made coffee yet.Id be embarrassed to offer that sort of service.
Honestly such a shame, used to get my coffees here and enjoyed them. Just bought the last two coffees in the few weeks, sadly was not up to standard. I just bought their coffee now and had to throw it out. I didn’t bother for a refund because it’d probably taste the same again. I hope they are able to work on their barista skills, the coffee tasted very rough and dirty? Just tasted really wrong.
