An amazing cafe in a nice location. The staff are extremely friendly and the coffee is superb. I took my daughter on Monday and my daughter had the best babycino of her life. Thank you Paul for a great experience. Highly recommended, perfect for families

Great service , generous portions, fair pricing. This has now become my official breakfast spot when I visit Melbourne. I haven't tried the outside seating in winter so I will definitely report on that experience. The place isn't that busy but it does get crowded, but I have never waited too long to be served.

Nothing wrong with this place!!! Yeah the manager sings but I guess it's part and parcel of having positive "aura" baked spanish eggs and coffee were an absolute delight to eat and drink!!!! Well Done!!!

Would give this place below a one star if I could, unfortunately I can't. I have come hereenough to make a fair and accurate judgement rather than just having a bad experience. The food is always great, credit to the chefs, there is no issue there.The coffee is mediocre, not the best but good enough as there aren't many other options nearby, unless you like McDonald's coffee. The service isn't too bad, there's an over enthused elder man, who serves customers whilst singing aloud in the venue, which is rather annoying. He means well, but is a bit full on. When I haven't been served by the elder man, I have been served by an younger female waitress, who is the complete opposite, very quiet and almost always very rude, she doesn't act like she wants to serve you at all. How am I supposed to enjoy my experience when I don't feel welcome. Nonetheless the food is good enough to be able to put up with the poor service. But what has really turned me off this place is the manager or the owner I'm unsure what his title is. He is very pleasant with customers and you can tell he really cares about the business, however the way I have seen him treat some of his staff is disgusting. I witnessed him tear one of his barista's to shreds, to the point where you could tell she was holding back tears, but too scared to say anything, which I think is disgraceful, I would suggest guiding her rather than berating her. However this was not the worst I have witnessed. An elderly lady was settling her bill, and struggling to count her change, after eventually getting her money together she placed it on the counter for the young boy to collect. After she had left, I witness the manager or owner, hit the bench and yell at the young boy, because she did not put the money in his hand while she was struggling to count, he turned around to see if anyone saw this atrocious behavior, and walked off when he thought he was in the clear, unfortunately for him I witnessed it. For a place that "focuses on customer experience and outstanding service", I am very disappointed with my experience and the service I have received. I will not be returning and will not tell my friends or family to come here either. I really hope the place gets itself together. Awful.

Great coffee and generous portion sized meals. Lunch specials are always changing which keeps it interesting.
