The food is alright. The service is good though, really helpful in recommending meals. Their hygiene though is not that clean, with toilets and kitchen pretty messy. But it is a good fast food restaurant that provides friendly service with a smile. I would have given a 2 star due to their hygiene but their service is definitely better than some certain fast food restaurants in Australia.

Poorly presented did pretty much every time I go three. Red rooster needs to better train their staff on ensuring that the food they serve represents the product sold on the display. The is an old lady that works at this restaurant... Pretty much the friendliest person I have met in a long time. Always bright and bubbly! :)

The 2 females working this afternoon have zero personality. Not a single smile. Where's the customer service training. Got my order wrong too. But food was fresh and hot - reason for 2 stars.

Decent customer service, although seem to be out of stock a lot. It'd be great if delivery was until the time the store closed instead of ending deliveries an hour early...

Fresh food is served with a sense of urgency and customer service being the primary focus has certainly contributed to me being a repeat customer. It would be great to see the stock updated little quicker as they tend to run out of certain things quickly but overall minor point
