Not a very good experience here. We were greeted with staff at the front door taking a break and smoking. Entering the restaurant, I noticed the floor was really dirty almost like builders have trampled through the store and left a mess. Photos don’t do this justice. We ordered our food and felt we didn’t get a lot of help from the console operator. Upon getting the food and sitting down, we noticed rubbish left on 2 tables, on the floor and bins over flowing. Look, I don’t expect a fast food store like Red Rooster to be perfect, but quickly putting rubbish away and picking up some fries on the floor would take close to 60 seconds. Clearly the staff and management at this store simply don’t care. What is management doing here? It’s an absolute disgrace.
This is disgusting store presentation. Everything it's totally dirty inside kitchen to the toilets and front dining area. I went there today and felt like vomiting! The entrance dirty with rubbish on the floor floor not clean who knows for how long!!! Toilets dirty to the walls with poo!!nInside kitchen dirty floor dirty machinea dirty fridges this just for a quick look! I wonder if the health inspector ever come here!!!! They don't deserve any respect! I told one of the guys there and told me that toilets always get dirty thats why don't clean them! Forgot front entrance with animal poo on it!!!
The service here was really good. They have given their menu a bit more variety and the fried chicken now really does rival that other big chain fried chicken place. But this chicken is significantly less greasy. As always the Ripper subs and Flayva's are great too. Chips still solid as well.2
This staff is very rude, he ignored the food delivery person who was waiting at the counter. and when I called him he just laughed along with the other staff. I hope the management can take action on my comments so that this outlet can be better and the number of visitors will increase.
I ordered 2 X mashed potato, one W/O gravy. The counter staff advised that wasn't possible. I explained that I have an allergic reaction to the gravy and got mash W/O gravy in the past and it was never an issue and happy to pay full price. When I got home I discovered that they gave me one full mash W/O gravy and one with only about one quarter mash and 3 quarters gravy!!! What the hell! Not going back, that was just pathetic.
