Customer service is 0. 10 of us ordered food via the app. The food wasn’t ready on time.nnWhen I asked the staff about the missing drink, they rudely said there wasn’t any drink in the order.nnSpecific ingredients were missing from burrito bowl. They had put chicken instead of mushroom and the person is vegetarian.nnRude staff and bad customer service. Not paying attention while preparing orders. I know it can be a tiring day for the kitchen staff but this doesn’t mean the customer should suffer.
Ordered a mushtoom taco for AUD5.5. Portion is small but the taco tastes really good, the flavours are rich and well-balanced. The best vegan mayonnaise I had. Will come back!
At evening time, ordering was simple and quickly prepared. The spicy level was not hot so it was tasty, moist and enjoyable. The nutrition for the Spicy Chicken Burrito is high protein and it’s fully packed, you’ll feel satisfied afterwards!
I don’t want to put a complaint here, but it’s been so many times and I can’t stand this anymore.nManagement team have to look careful into matter. Is this what I suppose to get for your scramble egg? I think this is just a mess. I’m not saying the food is bad, it’s very delicious all the time. BUT LOOK AT HOW MUCH QUANTITY AND HOW IT PRESENTS !!!!
