I never order food from this restaurant, although it is very popular, but the restaurant is not cleaned and is very dirty. When I went to pick up others food yesterday, there were spiders hovering in the air, right above the food, the spiders were working, and when I looked up, the pipes above were full of dust accumulated for many years, obviously no one cleaned them...nThe food you eat is combined with dust

Ordered a mushtoom taco for AUD5.5. Portion is small but the taco tastes really good, the flavours are rich and well-balanced. The best vegan mayonnaise I had. Will come back!
HOLY MOLY!!! Personally I have no words. This Guzman y Gomez has got to be the most organized, efficient and happy environment ever. Right as I walk in it is a positive atmosphere and the strong scent of burritos clears my nostrils. The food here is the best out of all Guzman y Gomez locations I have ever been to. The customer service is SUPERB and I am always greeted with a smile. I HIGHLY encourage you ALL to go and visit this Guzman y Gomez location because you WILL get your money and times worth.
Customer service is 0. 10 of us ordered food via the app. The food wasn’t ready on time.nnWhen I asked the staff about the missing drink, they rudely said there wasn’t any drink in the order.nnSpecific ingredients were missing from burrito bowl. They had put chicken instead of mushroom and the person is vegetarian.nnRude staff and bad customer service. Not paying attention while preparing orders. I know it can be a tiring day for the kitchen staff but this doesn’t mean the customer should suffer.
