I feel Maccas gets undeserved bad press. It is a series of franchises that offer a varied menu with fast service and reasonable takeaway food. They are also good corporate citizens here in Australia with several Ronald McDonald House locations to help families with children in hospital. Don't eat there every day, but then don't eat takeaway every day anyway.

Good service, convenient location... maybe too convenient. It gets quite busy at times. But you can't really go wrong with Maccas. Don't eat it everyday tho you'll get problems.

Great drive through experience, great inside dining. A bit messy in store as I don't think they want customers inside. As another reviewer put, probably too conveniently located for customers, as when the traffic is busy I fly in and buy up, even though it might only be for a coffee, drink, or even soft serve cone, it's convenient.

I don't know if their staff considers it sport to not remember very simple orders or if their entire staff have early onset Alzheimer's, but either way you're statistically more likely for them to mess up your coffee order than they are too get it right. They have one barista that's fantastic, which earns them a bonus star, but the I'm almost convinced the rest are trolling me.

Would like it more if they fixed their FRAPPE MACHINE!!!!!! Been n/a everytime I've asked for over 3 weeks :( :(   Probably not a huge problem in todays society.. I just love frappe's! :) lol  **EDIT: Frappe working again now!! Oh happy days!!! :)
