Ozair Is so helpful . First time to this mcd outlet but i was served with polite , friendly smile and soft voice by Ozair. It is really hard to get such good service in any mcdonalds outlet in any suburb of south east melbourne. Salute and keep it up the good service! Thanks Ozair and i will definitely be back !
I had a takeaway from this MacDonald's outlet this evening 18 APRIL 2026. I took away a BBQ Bacon Angus burger and some Fries. The former was very good - the burger patty was juicy and flavourful; and the Fries from this outlet never disappoints. Service here was not only super prompt, but also very good - friendly and courteous. While I did not dine here this evening, the ambience at this outlet is pretty nice.
I ordered 2 small chocolate Sundays and 1 large and I got the smallest sizes ever. Where are the normal sizes? You shrunk them to the point that until I taste them they are finished. And the PRICES??? Omg are you serious? It’s very disappointing.
McDonald’s is a decent option when you want something quick and convenient. The food is usually fine, with plenty of familiar choices on the menu, and ordering is generally easy. Service can be a bit slow during busy periods, and sometimes the food could be fresher or better presented. The dining area can also get messy when it’s crowded. Overall, it’s okay for a quick meal, but the service and consistency could be improved.
Thiss restaurant treats prepares their food just like chucking food in bins. No management - as they prioritize customers with smaller orders. No service - delivery girl had no smile But impatient face. No quality - as seen in pics - i prepare food for my dog better than this. Complained thru the app and replied by one of their managers not even store manager and get responses like he copied and pasted from template. These people are just hopeless.
