Haven't been back to this place for a long time. Surprised to see that they've refreshed their seating layout and this particular place is busy Saturday night!nnFood is still great - typical Nando's flavour and although one of the chicken was a little drier than the rest, the overall experience is still as we remembered it.nnWe now prefer the BBQ sauce, which is yum! Ordered 2 whole chickens with Peri fries, chicken ribs, sweet potato fries and rice.

An absolute disaster to visit this store on a weekendnnI waited a significantly long time for a table to become available.nWhen I ordered, 3 items , chips , chicken and mixed salad.nThey were brought with 20-30 minutes time gap. Each of them separately, after multiple visits to the counter. I felt sorry for my kids who couldn’t handle their long delay.nnI have just noticed that the reason for this delay was that they prioritise the online orders/ deliveries which cause the chaos for their guest in- house. Apparently it is more profitable for them to serve the deliveries than the in-store customers.
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a whole hot chicken with two sides via Uber Eats — the chicken was bone-dry, completely lacking sauce, and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. It seemed they totally forgot to add any marinade or care. The sides were just as bad. I had a guest over for dinner and this ruined the entire night. Embarrassing, disappointing, and not what you’d expect from Nando’s. Never ordering again.
I came in yesterday and ordered 2 half chickens and 2 regular fries with a friend. We were served by Conrad, he was wonderful. He highlighted the entire dining experience for us. Amazing customer service even during a busy period where there were multiple people in line waiting to order. The food was cooked well and tasted delicious too. No issues with our order!
