I should probably start off by asking myself. Is this a good karma? nThe day before, I went to Springvale Hungry Jack’s drive-thru and ordered a premium burger meal around $15, but they completely messed up my order and gave me a Chicken Royale meal instead which is much cheaper price. My fault for not checking on the spot and only realised when I got home, couldn’t be bothered going back. No complaints made, just let it go.nAnyway the next day, I decided to try this Nandos place instead. I ordered a half chicken with sweet potato, and they absolutely made my day by throwing in 4 mini drumsticks for free!nOn top of that, the customer service was super friendly and the service was quick. Such a great gesture - it really stood out.nDefinitely going to be my go-to place from now on. Legit 5 star ratings
Such wonderful customer service. Service like 5* hotels. Food is good and freshly prepared. Atmosphere excellent.
Impressed with the customer service by Aisha tonight who looked after us today. She greeted us warmly at the door, seated us promptly, provided menus, and was attentive throughout our visit. She happily brought us water when requested, checked in regularly to see if we needed anything cleared from the table, and made sure everything was okay with our meals. Her friendly and proactive approach made for a great dining experience. Thank you.
Haven't been back to this place for a long time. Surprised to see that they've refreshed their seating layout and this particular place is busy Saturday night!nnFood is still great - typical Nando's flavour and although one of the chicken was a little drier than the rest, the overall experience is still as we remembered it.nnWe now prefer the BBQ sauce, which is yum! Ordered 2 whole chickens with Peri fries, chicken ribs, sweet potato fries and rice.
Absolutely amazing staff this Sunday. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavour. The chips were fresh and well seasoned, and the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean, the food arrived quickly, and everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this Nandos.
