Had a very poor experience.  To be fair, it was 9:30 pm on a Monday night.  It may be better at peak hour.  The chicken was not fresh.  It was very dry.  The manager said it was cooked 2 hours ago.  He said he chucks it out if it hits 3 hours.  Even so, I wouldn't call 2 hours old fresh.  The chips were undercooked perhaps that is just my thing as I like well done chips.  It was overpriced.  $23 for 2 people for bad food is a bit rich.  The menu options were poor.  There should be a pack for 2 people i.e. half a chicken, chips, drinks, vegies, gravy.  KFC would have such an option.  The staff were hopeless.  I had to shout several times to get their attention as they were out the back playing with their phones.  I got the wrong drink.  Ok, the staff are human, but an apology would have been nice.  I couldn't wash my hands in the toilet because they were out of order.  The only good thing is that I didn't get food poisoning.  To be fair, the manager saw my bad review and offered me a replacement meal but I was not able to claim it.

My sister got food posioning and has been sick for 3 days. Apparently she saw them handling the food without gloves! That's always a bad sign.

Cant get a order correct ordered christmas day catering they didnt have my order recoreded let alone give give what was ordred not happy at all.
