Juicy Burger is in a great location and the outdoor seating made for a really nice evening meal. The Service is Excellent. We ordered four different burger, wings, sweet potato, thin fries and popcorn chicken. All of the food was spot on. The best we have had in a long time. We will definitely be returning.
Burgers were decent, and the wait for the food to come out took a while. The staff was friendly.
Burgers were great, and no matter how great a burger is, it's not great if the chips are good. And I'm glad to say the chips were great. Definitely recommend it. They also recently got a new hot dog menu, give it a try.
This Burger place wasnt bad. Wasnt overly great either. Burger was average with flattened grilled buns which I didnt quite understand why they did that? The bacon was undercooked and the patty was of average quality. Milkshake was ok a little to filled with syrup. Service was average. Keep trying guys.
Waited 25 minutes for a burger and chips seen the burger sitting on the bench for a good 15 minutes, had to ask 3 times were my order was and why was it taking so long the excuse I got was we were to busy sorry!!!! No communication or sense of urgency. Got home and tried to call the store as the burger I got was COLD !!! I only live a few minutes down the road, was told this place was great but last night sorry was a poor experience and the fact no one would answer the phone was more annoying !!!
Never waited so long for a burger and chips. They all look dumbfounded when they have all the ticket orders in front of them. Scurrying around to different stations, no allocated jobs. Handling raw meat patties then opening our bags and packing our burgers with the same gloves on. You do not take a burger pattie off the heat to sit in the bun for 15 mins before serving it! As for the shake. Which was caramel syrup and ice, yuk. Pick your game up
The burgers are terrible and probably the worst burgers I've ever tried! Before the move to the stock lands area the area they had on the main roads was better and the food there was incredible 11/10 but not its dropped to just terrible.
It's meat over matter when it comes to the American Dream burger which has the perfect sized bun that doesn't overwhelm the two Wagyu beef patties and double cheese melt. Ground Chuck is boring, and Sirloin is way too lean for this stacks-on extravaganza. The marbling flavour of tasty fatness in the Wagyu cooked medium-well is perfect as the juices from the meat, tomato, cheese and sauce fuse into one epic coating of mouth moistening indulgence. Topped with a trio of onion rings, it's bigger than the usual but not too big you cant get both hands around it and chomp into the thing comfortably with the usual hot mess that is necessary with a good burger!!!
Worst service ever!!!! Ordered food at 6:30pm but did not arrive till after 10pm. If they think it's acceptable to deliver cold food to your home after waiting for 3 in a half hours, then that says a lot about the lack of professionalism, pride and the management for allowing cold food to leave their restaurant and to serve to their customers, wither or not they are dining in or home delivery. High standards should be across the board!!!! Unacceptable, and wouldn't recommend this meal to anybody who doesn't want a cold serving of lard
Opened at a new location at Stockland Merrylands. Free delicious burgers were given to first 500 customers. Exciting experience!
