Today I ordered!….. one of my order was not right I called them about the Choco lava.There’s some mark of box of chocolate. It’s means the food I order was not handle properly.
I dont usually post negative reviews but today's experience was just beyond disappointing. 2 of 3 pizzas were burnt from order last week. We always buy here and this was the first time it happened. I called to ask for a refund, and had to wait a very long time. But I was told no refund will be given and they will instead will be given 2 free pizzas. No code, no reference. Today I rang to order pizza while we waited at the front of the store, and was told I had to buy online and they will refund. Seriously? After speaking to the manager, they said they will make the pizza and will be ready in 15 minutes. This was after being on the phone for 10 mins 30 mins later, I asked about the order and that was only the time they actually prepared the pizza. I had to wait a total of 50 minutes, while waiting for outside the store. Despite being told it was supposed to be just 15 mis. This time around, the pizza is not burnt. But the vegorama looks a lot lighter than usual, so thin crust not as crunchy. But cant be bothered. Photos below from last week's order.
Pizza was burnt and HAIR WAS FOUND What a total waste of $30.00 and now we have nothing to have for dinner. I also mentioned to them that they forgot my drinks with my last order. It wasn't there fault they said and theres nothing we can do about it. Seem like an incompetent bunch. I expect a full refund. You know my phone number order date 4.06pm on the 7th of august 2021 ordered 6 pizzas totaling $30.00.. refund me and i will remove the one star review. Simple Formal complaint will be made to headoffice. Ordered 2x pepperoni 1x beef and onion 1x spicy veg trio 1x cheesy garlic 1x normal crust cheesy garlic
This store deserve no stars, dumb store with dumb employees Ordered pizza and wrong order delivered after 2 hours tried calling several times, but no one answers. Such a shame for Domino's
Worst Dominos Pizza delivered here. First & last experience ever. No Taste. No cleanliness. Waste of money.
Poor service. I went to the restaurant for a takeaway and asked for a large pizza with cheesy crust and a combo garlic bread + drinks which was on the menu. They said that it isn't available. But apparently for some weird reason another combo which has the same items but in larger quantity is what can be ordered. I ordered just the drinks and pizza. I waited around 10-15 mins for the guy to come back and say that he had burnt the pizza and has to start over again. And after another 10-15 mins, they brought my order. Once we were home and started having the pizza we realized that the pizza wasn't cheesy crust which was what we ordered and paid for. This is on a slow day - I was the only customer in the place at that time. I would understand if this was a busy day with the place crawling with customers. Too many bad moments in a single order.
ordered cheese bread here a week ago and the bottom was burnt . .Only in merrylands. $5 meat pizza very disappointed
They deserved one star, Ordered a couple of pizzas and garlic bread and one of them was Chicken Tikka pizza they sent beef and union pizza. Look at it Garlic bread how burnt it that.
Ordered a Chicken Supreme pizza today, It was so bad compare to other branch of domino’s. They should change their cooking process or get people to train how to make a good pizza!!!!!! Not going there anymore.
Oder two pizza pizza was ok but there is long hairs in both pizzas so we have to dump in bin which is not good at all
