Ordered through Uber Eats and half the food was missing. Contacted Red Rooster directly and they said they told the driver to wait for 2 more bags but he just left. We drove to pick it up and they made fresh stuff so that it wasn't cold. It wasn't their fault, but they went the extra mile for us and were extremely apologetic. That is great customer service as far as I'm concerned. Thanks guys

Hey im sorry to write to you but however I was at this Wentworth red rooster around 340 4pm yesterday there wasn't any None fizzi drinks like orange juice or even an apple juice just plan water for the kids but u need to change you're deep firer oil  cos mate I couldn't even eat the chips an that's the one thing I love from you guys is your chips but not sorry u change your oil it's pretty good you can taste other bits of chicken  Parking: More then enough but can see not to buzy

This Red Rooster has gone so bad , 3 weeks ago i came to drive thru , young girls working here on there phones taking selfies told me to park on the drive way while there friends came in car thru the drive food and gave them free food bags of it , i waited ,40 mins for my food , then tonight they have all these uber people standing at the window , there was a add on for 6.95 they try charging me 14.95 , then tell me to park in the drive way again , because the uber people would walk around my car to get the food

Went thru drive thru at 7pm to pick up some dinner there was no bbq chicken so we had to have fried chicken 10 minute drive home the food was cold and was not nice at all

Fry chicken is fantastis. It is hot, crunchy and flavourful. Crunch slaw is nice and fresh. Staffs were great with their service. The drivethrough is easy to navigate and get in and out of the store is convenient as well. Overall, it is one of best fry chicken around there.

The menu is full of fried chicken but they never have any. Turned up at 8pm and joined a like at the door only to be told that they only do drive through. Sat in drive through for 14 minutes and still couldn’t get what I wanted. Thank god there is Hungry Jacks and Maccas near by

Will never eat here again. Reds burgers are tenders and so small. Subs had no chicken in them, 1cm X 5cm pieces X 2. Cheesy nugs tasted like off oil that has never been changed. Chips raw n no seasoning. Overall not even close to an old Reds feed. Never again.

First time to order from this branch, and never again. I ordered the 12 pcs crispy chicken but when I checked at home, I only got 11 pcs. They gave 1 tiny drumstick, 3 thighs, and the rest are all breast pieces. Chicken were over fried and oil seems old. I called the restaurant to let them know about these issues. All she could say was that’s all the chicken pcs they had @ 4:30pm and that’s what they can give. Very disappointed, this turned me off ordering from Red Rooster. I think I’ll just keep ordering at KFC.

Ordered a hot chicken mash and gravy and chips only to come home and no gravy in the mash chips are cold and takes way to long for bad quality food.  No wonder why red rooster has gone down the drain.

One of the worst franchises I have tried near my place. Chicken was not fresh, spicy burger didn't have proper ingredients and the meat was hard as brick.. Wouldn't recommend this one at all..
