So awful. Took over an hour for pizza, cheese garlic bread and chicken bites. Food is cold. Cheesy bread has just about no cheese and is burnt. Chicken bites are soggy with no sauce. Pizza would’ve been decent if it wasn’t cold
Worst customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas pick up deal, loaded pepperoni doesn't event look like a pepperoni pizza. I mean very less pepperoni and uneven and almost no sauce. Another one was garlic chicken and parmesan, there was less toppings and no spring onion. I added oregano and chilli flacks in each pizza and I didn't get in any of the pizzas. When I called the store, person named "Ekam" was extremely rude and doesn't even oppologise for delivery bad quality pizza. He even refused to give any kind of credit. Never recommend buying from wentworthville store.
Consistently bad pizzas here. Dominos has a transparent qa system showing pictures of your completed pizza, yet the pizza makers at this franchise still think they can get away with sloppy, careless garbage pizzas. Buy from any where else.
I ordered two Classic crust pizzas but they gave us thin and crisp which i didn't notice until my wife showed me that is not the pizza we ordered so i drove back to return it and the lady in the store is gave me a very rude reply saying we already ate 2 pieces of it and she is not apologetic that she gave us the wrong pizza. Make sure to check your orders so that you won't get rude replies from the lady in the store.
Worst store ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THE WENTWORTH STORE!! I followed dominos protocol as per instructions for car park delivery. I arrive as per time given to me by dominos. I arrive and clicked I have arrived. I waited 40mins with no communication. I called the store twice, first time they hung up on me second time I requested to speak to manager. I was told "we're busy". I thought if that's the case hire extra staff to keep up with demand. When I advised the manager I've been waiting for 40mins his respond was "we don't do car park delivery" I asked why didn't anyone call me and he repeated the same thing. Brushed me off didn't even listen to anything I said but saying we don't do that no car park. Please mind that "car park delivery" means you park the car in front of the store doesn't have to be a parking lot. Other dominos do this except for wentworthville. I felt discriminated, spoken down on and noone was listening. When the person brought the pizza out and I asked why didn't any communicate with me and they also said what the manager told them to say to me was they don't offer these services. If someone called me I would of got my pizza 40mins ago from the store and all I was told "we don't have car park and this service is not available here" when I said why didnt contacted me to let me know and still the same thing was said. I was give cold pizza and the wrong drink! Worst customer service and communication service ever! If I could give it no stars I would! Save your money and time from this money hungry store wentworthville. There in for quantity not quality, the other reviews speak for it as well.

Very bad service. if you call them to order pizza, they will never gonna reply. Reason is always silly. I called them today three times in the store only, they were free, phone was ringing in front of me and they didn't pick up the call. When I asked them they said staff shortage. Everytime samething. They never pick the call. Other Frenchie's always pick up the call. But this Wentworthville never ever
Takes too long to deliver, if they even deliver it. Never answer the phone. Pizza is very ordinary for a premium price. Do not recommend.

Ordered pizza where olives were bitter. Manager was rude and told me that Domino’s olives are always bitter and he works with domino’s for 8 years.The lady who was making pizza was quite rude too. Quality has gone bad at this store in past few months. I would suggest to go for Pizza Hut or another local pizza shop across the road. Domino’s needs to focus on quality if they are charging so high for the pizza!
