Waited 7 minutes for fresh wings and asked for all wingettes to only receive 2 out of the 6, the tenders we ordered were also cold as if they were packed before the wings were ready.
Ordered using app and pick up in the store. Quick and nice greeting from the staffs. Chicken is fresh and hot. Juicy. May be because of the peak hour. Around lunch time but you know. Sometimes some stores have overheated chicken and quite dry. Nice one and will go again.
What a great KFC, we don't usually order from this one but happen to be going past, the chicken , chips, nuggets were so fresh great customer service aswell! Highly recommend
5 stars for duty manager Trish. I have visited a lot of Kfc Mcdonalds and other chains but this lady made this KFC unique for me. She is amazing and very soft with customers as well as delivery riders very rare restaurants are. She is living gem.
Finally a KFC that's got fresh chicken and gave more than just drumsticks and wings in the bucket.
I appreciate Kevin the Duty Manager and his team for accommodating my order, it was a drive through and he was keeping his social distancing policy. Thanks for your customer service, our family appreciates it. Stay safe Team! Cheers!
