We got drive thru on a Sunday night at 7pm. They were actually pretty quick. Chips were hot and fresh too. We were happy with the meals.
Hey! Front service young person very polite. I had asked for a two pieces of the, crispy fried chicken with hot honey sauce, I asked for 1 centre section, and 1 rib section, I know I should always check the order. As I had received 1 wing and 1 thigh. Please when the customer requests please give what they have asked for as they are the one paying. As this happened at another RR last night
Been going here for a while now lovely staff and overall great place to go best red rooster I’ve been to in Townsville. The lady who served me today, Tiffini was very friendly and welcoming. great customer service. Would recommend.
Despite being quiet, Red Rooster was surprisingly slow at service. I had ordered some chocolate mousse which is a fridge item, but we still had to wait a bit for our desserts. Dining is available inside currently with every second table unavailable due to COVID restrictions. Staff are friendly, but can become absorbed in their work and not notice customers waiting at the front counter. Overall, my experience here was good and the food tasted great. We had no issues with either of our orders, and everything was accounted for.
Ordered the Fryer box deal x 2, chicken was the most scabbiest wing and dried out rib. Instead of mash & gravy we only got gravy. Very disappointing!
Don't waste your time 12 years I have lived across the road and evey now and then we get take out the girl that served me on drive through Tiffany had the most Disgusting mouth on her and was so rude and the manager Erin wasn't much better they overcharge me $9 for my meal and when questioned they just simply shrug their shoulders and said we can't do anything about it now because it's been processed and closed the window so wow thanks girls

Hit and miss. Some days the chips are awesome. Then other days chips are old. But that's all fast food places.Food: 4/5
twice now, ordered online to be delivered from this store multiple items missing final straw order a whole chicken recieve no chicken the level of incompetence it takes to forget to deliver what you are selling. Take a bow you champions
My food was not delivered, somebody else's was instead. I rang to notify them and ask for my food. I was told my driver didn't show up even though my driver had show up, they just had the wrong order, I was told that my food was sitting there, that i would have to collect it, that it was my issue not theirs, that I could go online and request a refund, no food would be remade or resent, and that it isn't their issue as it wasn't through them even though the order was placed through red rooster. What a joke. What a waste of time. What a waste of money. What a waste of energy over what was a last resort dinner.
