We ordered 3 pizza's, 1 had not been sliced and all of them had been squished/dropped. I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue so I'll give the benefit of the doubt this time. Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Got attitude from staff for having the cheek to walk in and check on my order 4 minutes before it was due to be ready. So after waiting 40 minutes longer than the pick up time, asked if we could just get a refund but told no because we ordered online. Finally got our order which was undercooked pizza cheese not even melted. The one pizza that was supposed to be thin and crispy, was thick and doughy. Learnt my lesson and will just stick to dominoes
The store Cancelled the order ,took the money 6 weeks ago and still no refund. Complaints to head office pointless not that they'll get back to you. Social media reps state things are escalated but no evidence other than lip service. Store managers don't communicate and are incompetent , and owners never contact , consistently being lied to about the issue, have been told 4 different stories and told it's been completed 3 times but still no money. Legal action likely the only recourse you have. Definitely don't recommend as it's not worth the hassle, if you must get pizza go to dominos instead
Three weeks ago we ordered online only for the store to call us to say that the order cannot be fulfilled as the ovens broke. Three weeks of calling, going in store and the owners avoiding our calls and not responding and we still do not have a refund. Avoid this store at all cost, apparently they own other franchises in town too so beware.
UPDATE: We were given our refund : No pizza tonight, waited for more than two and a half hours.. called up to cancel and a refund because kids are hungry and we are not waiting anymore. They said they will refund, so we will see if Pizza Hut Deeragun stick to their promise, but not holding my breath. Disappointing because we order through them pretty much every week with nil issues
We normally get Dominos but we decided to try out pizza hut as its only 3 minutes away from the dominos. We ordered 3 pizza and 3 sides. Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. No explanation or apology. We should've just order dominos, but screw us for wanting to try something different. The actual pizza was alright once it actually arrived. So I'll give them that.
Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from the store manager “Alyssa”. There was a glitch on the online ordering where I was charged more. Called the store to cancel the order. The store manager told me the refund was done, she then told me it would be done in an hour, then the next day to a weekcould not provide an accurate answer. I asked for confirmation via email. She refused to take my email but eventually did. When asked if she could repeat it back to me she was frustrated and refused and placed me on hold for a long period of time. Another staff member picked up the phone to take my email, clearly the manager “pretended” to write it down. Disgusting,rude, immature service and lying manager! Can’t imagine how she treats staff if this is how she treats customers! Never recommend this place purely based on the managers poor behaviour.
Over 2 hours wait for delivery. I called the store after an hour and was advised it would be another 35 minutes, another hour passes with no delivery. I was told they were extremely busy, which is understandable, but I have some constructive feedback for you pizza hut: 1. Put a notice on your online ordering system BEFORE a customer gives you their hard earned money that there will be a 2 hour wait. People have children and this kind of wait is completely unacceptable. 2. Train your staff to apologise for the wait, not just give excuses. 3.If customers are waiting extended periods of time, and have been significantly inconvenienced, how about throwing In something for free to ease the blow?? 3.If you buy cheesy dip you may want to include something to dip in it not expecting a person to buy a dip and then extra for the breadsticks.
We picked up our pizza tonight.. bbq meat lovers and veggie sensation both were undercooked, cheese was not even melted, both garlic breads were under cooked. No one ended up eating it. What a waste of money. Every time we get pizza from here there’s always a problem and the staff are absolutely rude. To childish and mock people over the phone. We will not be going back
Delivery person failed to knock simply leaving 4 pizzas on our patio. Who knows how long they were there for. All had to be microwaved. Looks like different brand next time.
