Started with Red E personal training in 101's nearly 2 years go and have been hooked since. The trainers are always encouraging and only to happy to give options around injuries which is great. Get to work out with some amazing women who also encourage me to be the best I can be. No regrets in joining only that I didn't start earlier.

I’ve been training with RED E since January and loving the bootcamp sessions. The trainers are very encouraging and everyone is so supportive. I never thought I would be attending 5 sessions a week, but I feel so much healthier and fitter for doing so. Keep up the great work Red E.

My journey with the Red E team began in July this year. The personal trainers have been supportive and very knowledgeable. They have pushed me to try new things and I am seeing the results! They even put up with my constant whining 😜 Loving my time with these guys and building a healthier, fitter version of me 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

These guys know what they’re doing and make it a great and fun experience! I love going to bootcamp and like the fact that I’m actually starting to like exercise again! Would recommend to everyone! And actually I have been!

I had started with the 101s a few months back, believe it was the best thing I could do for my health. The Trainer's and other bootcampers are lovely, friendly and hrlpfull no mater what your level is. I am so glad I chose to go here as I found a few soul sister's.
