I did a 2 week trial as I wanted to see what it was about and whether it was worth going too. Since that first class I have been addicted.  The workouts are never the same and you have the opportunity to challenge yourself.  You can also scale down if you are struggling with certain movements.  The owner Lee & the trainers are really friendly and work hard to get the best out of you.  I've never been interested in going to 'gyms' and have my own setup at home where I exercise everyday but F45 has changed that - I love going to F45 everyday.

They offer 2 weeks free trial and very effective training. Love it :)
