Super fun drop-in at 4740. Really classic CrossFit gym with a great vibe, pumping music, good coaching for all levels and a solid WOD. They were very welcoming - stoked they had a Crèche to drop my son off as well he had a ball . High recommend!
Great fun team atmosphere and plenty of equipment. Coaches are welcoming to people of all fitness and skill levels and have time to work with you. Plenty of events to attend and very encouraging towards the younger generations getting involved. Kurt has turned this gym into something special for the community.
A great place to workout. The Coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The classes can be hard but rewarding. Couldn’t recommend CrossFit 4740 high enough!
The first time I experienced CrossFit was at 4740 and it had me hooked straight away! The community at this gym is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Not only have I made lifelong friends, I’ve smashed goals I never thought I could ever achieve. So very grateful to be part of this CrossFit family

Was a great place to workout. Especially when I was visiting. People friendly. Really was happy with hitting a 90kg 1rep Max thruster after a few years of not doing them and great simple workout. Only thing is shirt wasn't advertised with correct price for drop ins.

Was just staying the night and wanted a workout. Staff were lovely to chat to and helpful. Ran an excellent session with great equipment availability. Will go every time I'm in mackay.
