Ali is the name of the staff who served us tonight before closing the store. He was attentive and good humoured. We were just there for browsing. He was very helpful. We would like to see more stuff like him. Good job ALI

I went to the store yesterday to buy a indoor soccer boot, the store doesn’t have my size and one of their staffs Ali did his best to help me to search any other stores closed by and finally find one in the store of Mid-city. He is very helpful and much appreciated
Though the staff were quite helpful, the quality of the product was quite ordinary. I bought a pack of 6 shuttlecocks from Rebel and the first one out of the box lasted for max about 25min. Disappointing product from one of the well known sporting store.
Excellent customer service, lot of options to select. If you want a cool guy to assist you meet Ali
Went to buy some trainers on my lunch break. Picked my shoes, knew my size and didn't get any service. Waited around the shoe section for about 15 minutes and left empty handed. Interestingly the staff said goodbye but should of really said, "Did you find what you were looking for?"
Amazing store, the staff there have never ceased to amaze me with how good their working knowledge of their products are, absolutely would recommend.
