What a fantastic customer experience!!! 5+++ stars! I initially had booked in to Larry Adler but didn’t have luck there when there was no boot fitter working despite my booking… Thank goodness! Because I went to Inski instead! What a lovely family, so willing to help and go above and beyond. Paul was exceptional with his obvious expertise with fitting some super comfy Nordica boots - thank you. I just walked in without a booking and you guys were so willing to help and happy to fit me in, customer service is quite obviously highly valued here. Very much appreciated. I also bought some fabulous ski pants - they have a great range there! Again, expertise from Marnie who went above and beyond - even hemmed them for me in store whilst I waited! Wow! What a great experience. Thanks again. Will definitely been back.
I wish I could rate Inski higher than 5 stars. I purchased my first pair of ski boots with the help of Paul a few weeks ago. Paul made the process very seamless from start to finish, going the extra mile to order in a pair of boots that ended up being perfect for my feet. The fitting process was thorough and it is very clear that customer satisfaction is a huge priority. If you need to be fitted for ski boots or need any new gear for the snow, definitely go in to see Paul and the team at Inski.
Being new to skiing is VERY overwhelming. I was assisted by Fern who gave great advice and helped me find all the essentials. Thank you for the outstanding service, I would not shop anywhere else if I need more skiing apparel.
Paul was just great, he really understands men ski boots and what best fits your foot shape. New Nordica sport 110's , cant wait to ski powder in japan late Jan . Happy days !!!!!!!! thanks Bruce
I had a 2 hour boot fitting session here and the experience was fantastic. The staff really know their boots and how to get the best out of them to fit some difficult anatomy. I have thick calves and wider feet. Most boots don't fit me well off the shelf. The staff were patient and went through a lot of different trials in order to find the perfect fit. They worked after hours and did not rush the process. Well done guys and thanks for the friendly chat. Will be back.
Had a wonderful experience getting my ski boots fitted today. Paul was very generous with his time, respectful of my budget, and he answered all of my questions in a very easy to understand way. Skiing is a very expensive hobby but Inski was priced very fairly, and I think much less expensive than other ski shops. I don't often write reviews but as this was a big and expensive purchase for me the fact that it went so well and smoothly definitely warrants five stars. Thanks!
Excellent service and really helpful, my daughter bought some boots and we had some ski bindings attached. Was excellent, they say looking after customers is easy when everything goes smoothly. The real test is when it does not always go to plan. We had a small hicup with some skis and Paul could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. A pair of ski boots is like maple syrup, it's worth getting good ones. It makes a big difference to your whole ski experience having proper fitting boots. Paul really knows his stuff. I can picture him at parties... "the 1976 vintage boot was surpassed in 1977 by Mr. Boot." He will make sure you get the right fitting boot for your foot.
Got our ski boot fitting here on Saturday afternoon with Paul. He's friendly, highly experienced at ensuring a perfect fit and loves what he does.
