Absolutely shocking experience. No one said hello or asked if we needed assistance. 3 lots of staff talking to each other and no one serving. Came in to buy 3 sets of new shoes and walked out empty handed because no one would help. Yet the customers who walked in after me got approached straight away which on top of that staff had to walk past us to get to them. Absolutely horrible

Definitely recommend the store, the young bloke who helped me was very clued on and patient. Did a great job. Checkout staff could improve though, at least on that day.

Had a great range of kids shoes for school, customer service was fantastic, are really great with children and really helped. Covid plan was good to see, again thank you to the staff made it so easy for myself and my daughter.

Tried to get them to order them in shoes in but over 2 months later nothing. They couldn't explain why and the staff was pretty awful and unhelpful. This why you buy online.

My wife and I have shopped at Rebel Sport, Garbutt QLD store for the last couple of years. Whether we are in-store, or need help over the phone, the team is excellent. Many thanks to Ian, who has helped us with everything from a home gym, to socks. Ian is a great bloke, with a fantastic attitude, and extremely helpful with extensive product knowledge. Thank you for your time and effort Ian.

A #### Leopard can't change its spots just by changing its name. Same #### staff, same #### service. You missed out on $300 and a repeat customer simply because a staff member couldn't even be #### helping me. Exactly why I never shopped at Amart.

If you plan on using the fitting room organize it before walking to the back of the shop, finding they are locked then having to ask ask front counter to unlock. Customer service not that good, no one ever asks if you need assistance.
