I am a frequent customer at the store along with my wife and kids. Usually very happy with the service there from staff but lately I can't help but notice and over hear that one of the older female manager is extremely rude to her staff and talks down on them. I used to mind my own business but having my own daughter with me and witnessing this is very unsettling. She is kind to customers but speaks down on her staff with a nasty tone it is quite appalling. I do not enjoy bringing my children to this store anymore.

Place to go to for all sport stuff. Helpful staff. Bought a nice table tennis bat  as a personal Xmas present

I was always afraid to ask for help at busy stores, although the workers seem to be under the pump, they always find the time to be able to come and assist me. In particular, Kristina is always an amazing help and my daughter absolutely loves her! Always very very kind! She makes the store very welcoming and is super supportive and seems to always have the time to assist me. Great store and amazing staff.

I really like this store and have always found them to have great stock and the staff to be super helpful and friendly. This week I had a particularly good experience when I went in to buy some swimming goggles and was served by Sarah-Jane. She gave me great advice and was extremely friendly and really made my day. Thank you!
