I visited Shoe Warehouse Forest Hill yesterday as I have a broken bone in my foot and my doctor advised me to wear a support shoe.  I was helped by Sally, who was excellent.  After explaining what I needed, she was extremely helpful with suggestions for the right shoe.  She has a bright, bubbly personality and is also very professional in her manner.  After dealing with many lacklustre sales staff in other stores, she is certainly a bright light, and a fantastic ambassador for Shoe Warehouse.

If you are going to come here, do not buy these shoes. These shoes caused master blisters on my heel and I could barely could walk while wearing it. Never coming here again

Went today01/3/22 at 12pm.As soon as we entered there was a old sales lady looking at us like why you came here.Went to buy shoes for our little one as we were regular customers from past 2 years.We never felt the way she treated us like she literally don’t want us there.Whatever we ask her reply was ‘not there’ or asking us to buy from best n less shop next door.I don’t know whether she is owner or sales but I won’t be going there anymore and will tell everyone what had happened to us and won’t recommend.Hope she is not racist

Have just discovered this shop. Great range of shoes for women, men and kids. You simply try on your size as all shoes are boxed below the display shoe, just like a self serve. Prices are very good and the range in brands are also varied.

I've been to this store quite a few times and the customer service is always poor. The common denominator has been the manager who is the least professional/friendly and must set the tone for the rest of the staff unfortunately. As for the shoes, price and variety are OK but not usually much stock available in sizes. Aisles are tight and difficult to move around. An overall unpleasant experience.

Went shopping at Warehouse Forest Hill this morning, tried to find out my working shoes & asked the service assistant if can get my size. She is reluctantly to find for me &  asked myself to look for . She had no passion to sale & horrible service I have been received. Won’t go there anymore

Purchased shoes from Shoe Warehouse at Forest Hill about two weeks ago, the shoes started coming apart after three wears, I returned to the store to complain,  I found the staff there uncooperative and rude, needless to say they would not do anything about my faulty shoes, they barely looked at them Moral of the story.    DON'T SHOP AT SHOE WREHOUSE FOREST HILL their customer service is appalling

Good quality shoe's no cheap rubbish have bought several pairs over the last 6years and they are all still like new. Good affordable prices and service
