The Christmas tree was beautifully green, however, on the day 6 a big portion of brunches inside turned brown. Not sure why as I watered it regularly and used a special solution I bought from the Real Christmas tree shop. Otherwise still.looks good day 8.
I arrived for my first, and certainly not my last visit to this inspiring, eclectic Christmas maze full of wonderous, surprising and unusual decorations, lights, trees, to be honest all and sundry relating to Christmas. It was like walking into Aladdin's Cave of joy. As a collector of over 40 years and self-confessed Christmas nut I was overwhelmed at finding such a treasure trove of a store and the awesome stock they had - it was completely unexpected. The level of service I received was second to none. From the moment I pulled into the car park I was met by a friendly, welcoming young man, Mackie, who helped me out of the car with my assistance, dog and Wheelie Walker. He then took me to the front of the store to make sure that I was able to go over the ramp safely and get inside. He went way beyond the call of a normal employee’s role Inside I was greeted by a very competent young woman named Rihannon. She had the most beautiful and welcoming smile and was absolutely delightful and made me feel so welcome. Rihannon assisted in multiple ways - even printing out directions for me - but especially by moving things out of my way quietly and deftly so I didn’t even notice at first I was too busy with my mouth open as she led me through the intricacies of the store, and all its Hideaway spots. What a beautiful gesture she committed to with unbridled kindness and generosity of spirit. As a disabled person who uses a wheelchair/walker and always has an Assistance Dog with me it was an uplifting experience. Normally people ignore and pretend they haven't seen me. Not so in this store - Rihannon made sure of that. She was determined I got to see everything - without any fuss. I asked to speak to the owner to complement him on his staff as I was so beyond impressed. In a world where service and especially good manners is increasingly lacking, this is a store that gives so much of both. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, or my experience. Go and check it out for yourself. It’s well worth it.
Really beautiful products and Christmas decorations, but ringing first week of November, told I am too early to order a real Christmas tree. Visiting mid-November, all potted trees sold out - work that out! Not sure how a store can sell out mid-November.
beautiful store and products, a shame about the staff, particularly the young lady at the counter who told not me other customers that they can and I quote"take their bad attitude elswhere" I guess she thought other customers could not hear her, and then explained to the next customer that she did not like working here???? time for a change of job I think, did not have afterpay even though they advertize this and did not have some items on website to purchase online anyway....its a shame as a christmas store, it should radiate happiness and joy ..it is the season for it
We purchased the medium sized Christmas tree and picked up on the 7th of December. It was great having a real tree again as nothing compares to the real thing. It is now the 30th and the tree is still up and has the pine smell still. Will keep purchasing our trees here year after year. Great business and very pleasant and helpful staff.

We paid $200 for a tree the size of my leg! Absolute joke, you’ve ruined Christmas, my fiddle leaf fig tree is bigger than this tree. Ordered and paid online and was expecting an amazing tree for the price, tree’s at this price in Sydney would touch the roof. You guys are a joke, charging premium prices for a less than premium product, I’m reporting you.
This small business is doing it tough. I appreciate the effort and communication from husband and wife team, when things don’t go as planned. They are bending over backwards to make sure customers are able to receive ordered trees or as close to order as possible, when supply issues are unreliable and out of their control. Beautiful trees, gorgeous ornaments- we bought another 3 this year. We will return again next year. Thank you
For the first time I decided to purchase a Real Christmas tree and heard of this place. First off, The phone reception was minimal at best so I suggest actually going into the store if you wish to purchase. I paid the $120 over the phone using my MasterCard and was told it had gone through and everything was fine to go ahead and pick up the tree on the agreed day. I have just called back and they are now claiming that there is no order in their system. Luckily I have my bank details proving otherwise but I will NOT be ordering through them again.
