Stay well away from this shonky rip off mob. Ordered over $100 worth of fish food off their Ebay items. It never was delivered, they told me sorry about that but it's out of our control. I went to Ebay resolution center they somehow got around that to by telling Ebay they have proof it was delivered. I have not had the curtsy of seeing that proof. Which means after the resolution goes in their favour you can not leave negative feedback on Ebay, that's why they have a 100% feedback on Ebay (very clever Aqua Gardening). Shame on Ebay and shame on Aqua Gardening, they really have it sorted out to get your money for nothing. Next stop for me is the ACCC, these people can not keep getting away with this. Further to your reply:- The so called Delivery service ( Fastway) that you use has the worst delivery record in Brisbane rating a mere 1!!! on Google reviews and Facebook reviews. And you are believing this company over a paying customer. Acting on your advise I have contacted Fastway over a week ago who have not responded. Given they are your chosen courier how do suggest I deal with this next? WHAT DON't YOU UNDERSTAND... DOH!!!!!... You employed the courier not me. WHY are you telling me I should take it up with the courier that you use, no person could understand that. And you owe me $122 for the fish food that your couriers never delivered. Simple really. PS: I'll give you a BIG tip, you should change your delivery service to Allied Express. They have delivered here in the past and they give you a 10 min heads up we are on our way call. That's service unlike your wash your hands of the whole customer service thing LOL.

Staff are VERY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, especially Candy. I would highly recommend Aqua Gardening to anybody interested in Aquaponics or Hydroponics.
