0 out of 5 stars Michael Manton RBC Group General Manager is unprofessional and from my first hand experience, he can not be trusted. How is he unprofessional, he gives a 1 star review to his client of many years. I have requested Michael Manton to attend my office to discuss multiple ongoing issues that we have with RBC. These issues are serious and quite concerning for RBC. I have two questions for RBC to answer…. Your website states that Michael Manton is a co-owner of RBC, why would a co-owner behave like this? Could the Company Founder and Financial Controller Geoff Layton or Managing Director David Wheeler please contact me in order to reach a resolution? I am hopeful that an amicable resolution can be worked out that is beneficial to both parties. Until then, I will leave this up. Today is the 07/09/2022. I didn’t want to “Air the dirty Laundry” however, no one at the senior level above Michael Manton has contacted me. If you have a business and are looking for ways to improve its processes, you can approach RBC for its workflow automation solutions. They have helped me during COVID to streamline the processes for my employees. Our contact is Irwin Senghera, who has been very helpful and would be the best person to reach out to.

Our experince terrible with this company. List of positives would be very short paragraph whilst negatives needs pages. FYI all before you start dealing with this dishonest company bear in your mind followings; 1- Read the contract carefully. Multiple clauses puts them in unlimited advantages and they can literally send you any invoice without justification. Eg; Our contract amount started around $3400 and now over $5000 in only 2 years despite usage less than before. UPDATE: We broke the resistance and now our bill over $7000, sky is the limit! 2- Support never attends on site on promised time. 4 hours attendance is a joke. They come with no spare part and guarantee you will wait a few weeks for even simple spare parts. It is very usual to see they use refurbished spare parts and use them like new against your contract. Machines falling a apart because of lack of maintenance, they wait until everything fails to save money. Oh remember you will be the one blamed and they will come with accusuions of usage is very high let's give you bigger machine with new contract so your slavery can contonue with them. We know our usage below of al tresholds. So be clever about this particular bit and hold your ground. 3- Toner supply will criple your business. They don't deliver on time generally sometimes yes. They started charging the customers freight despite it wasn't in the contract but fine printed paragraphs gives them power to change anything. 4- Account reconsilliation is total joke and don't believe the salesman, they just lie, professionally. Such companies are disgrace to the industry. You have been warned. Your call.
