As I was not going to be home when DHL were going to deliver my parcel, I arranged to pick the parcel up from the DHL Depot..I found the building easily, there is some on-site parking for customers. I presented my docket number and ID. My parcel was quickly retrieved and handed to me. Very efficient and polite staff members. I would recommend DHL as a fast, safe, secure, and reliable delivery option for important documents. Online tracking worked very well for me.
Kept saying wait for SMS notification before heading towards depot as a parcel was delayed but need it real quick so requested a depot collection.nnThat parcel was actually available for collections more than 2 days without any text message notification.ridiculous
Not open on Sundays. For the requirement to drop off, this is incredibly inconvenient and the listings should reflect this rather than customers travelling 100km to find this out.
Easy to find, polite and efficient staff and hey guess what? My package arrived early afternoon next day from Melbourne to the Gold Coast so they did why they said, can't ask for more.
Drivers are terrible and they never ring the door bell with assuming person not at home and take parcels away. Have to rearrange delivery a few times and customer services also terrible and non reliable
