Give you about 3 seconds to run from wherever you might be in your house to the front door to accept a delivery before they’re back in their van speeding off. Maybe I’ll order some running sneakers next time. To make matters worse I called them and organised it to be dropped off on Tuesday when I would be home and they dropped it off on Sunday when I wasn’t. Amazing.
Colllection is closed! Only found out when I arrived. Greeted by these 2 website links that will send you around in circles but not get you a booking for a collection / drop-off. Called DHL only to find out that no booking can be done via mobile phone! Come on! So, can I book a collection over the phone now that I'm on the line? No!
I think it's time to change the supervisor because they give incorrect information. I drove an hour away, so when I arrived at the unit they told me that I can't transfer a package that is longer than three meters. They confirmed that by phone it is possible to transfer a package longer than three meters
If you want to pick up your parcel in a hurry you can ask to collect from this collection point and they will email you when ready for collection from a locker with a pin code. Note closing times on weekends 12pm
Fantastic parcel collection, walked in and within 5 minutes I was out. Very friendly Cs Rep.
What can i say about DHL in Mount Waverley....AMAZING staff. There are no words to describe the customer service that these guys provide to the clients.First time i used DHL today to send a parcel to Greece.The lovely lady who served mecant remember her name but she was the one sitting on the left when entering the premiseswas extremely helpful and professional.Will definitely doing business with DHL from now on.Giving only a 5* review is not enough.Keep up the good work guys!!!!
Very bad service.. my parcel im not what time and date coming, they not updated, im not get any notifications from them.. until now I’m still waiting
Great service provided by William,
Received advice and quickly moved to getting a parcel sent overseas with minimal fuss and paperwork. From what I can tell though, they may become inundated if there was a queue of people but this isn't an auspost office so thank goodness for that! Recommended option to send things overseas with confidence.
