Unit shabby & old,don't ever to move into-" a about to fall apart-" quickly aging place esp old paint.Old matt paint absorbs stains & marks,& not easy wipe off.Old box A/Cs cost $600 over summer whereas SSysA/Cs cost 1/2-$300..RL Ests lose good reputations by managing bad,old,not updated props.If its not good enough- Don't manage it.or Tennant gets caught in its troubles-! TENNANTS must decide their standards & before accepting anything less.Old box A/Cs should be banned everywhere & many stingy owners hanging onto them- mercilessly.

Lea and her team have been fantastic while renting a property from them. I needed to break a lease and it went smoothly while they went over and beyond to make it happen with out any extra cost to me. 
I can not thank them enough for the  vacate without any stress.

I cannot speak highly enough of how experienced, professional and organised are staff at Ray White Smithfield. I have a property in rural Far North Queensland and required Ray White to find tenants for it. The customer service I received from the beginning to the end of the process was excellent!  They found tenants for me within 2 weeks who signed up for 12 months. We also purchased our current residence through Ray White auction - exceptionally professional and organised agency! I highly recommend Ray White Smithfield!

They are not even worth the one star, absolute poor service. We have a brand new home in Cairns and they were unable to find a tenant in 6 weeks. Our property manager never called to introduce herself, 4 weeks later was the initial conversation with a pathetic apology. We never received any feedback, or advice as to why there was no interest. 
I deal with many agents in Sydney & Melb and have never dealt with such incompetencies and lies. We moved agents recently and they refused to release our keys for unpaid invoices which were not even issued. If your agent can't pick up the phone and give adequate feedback and you are the one having to call on a weekly basis to follow up then something is seriously wrong with Ray White Smithfield's methods. They just did not care, they are not to be trusted with your investments.
