I had Mr Hutt Valley himself Phil Galley who was a really helpful agent who got me into my first house. Made sure I understood what was happening the whole way through and was super friendly the whole time making the experience a really pleasant one. He'll definitely be my first call for any property needs in the future! 10/10

Karen has been excellent. We spent many months trying to find a house to buy & throughout this time she patiently showed us any relevant properties on the market & anything new as soon as she became aware. A pleasure to deal with & highly recommended

I met Karen Kiely 12 months + before I put my house on the market. We wanted to sell, but we were disorganised. She kept me regularly updated on our suburb over the year, letting us know of comparable sales, but never pushing me to list. I rang her several times for advice, which she freely gave without obligation. I liked her approachability and honesty. For example, she knew what price we wanted for it initially, but said we would be unlikely to get that price if we listed it as it was. When we did decide to list she had a treasure chest of tradesman that she managed to wrangle on site within 24 hours, as time was of the essence. Throughout the campaign her regular and timely communication exceeded all my expectations. She delivered an exceptional number of offers and managed a few tricky situations during the sales campaign, always portraying confidence and integrity. As the vendor I really needed this! I would highly recommend her.

As a buyer I had great dealings with Karen from Ray White Hutt City, she was friendly, upfront and brilliant from offer through to close. I highly recommend Karen as an unpretentious lovely person to deal with who keeps you informed every step if the way! Thanks :)
