I highly recommend Oxygen Property Management if you are looking for somewhere to rent. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I really struggled to find a pet-friendly rental in Hutt area with a quiet, very well trained dog, despite having impeccable references. Some agencies were simply not interested to even meet us. A property manager at Oxygen was fabulous and after meeting me and my dog, went the extra mile to help me secure a place. Their staff are great to deal with. They respect tenant's privacy e.g. photos not allowed at viewings by prospective applicants - that could record tenant's personal stuff and possessions, also giving advance notice before visiting or doing maintenance Maintenance issues are followed up...In so many ways they are refreshingly different from a certain other company who insultingly invade tenants' privacy and self-respect, on a cheesy "reality" TV show. Or have a blanket "no pets, you can live in your car" rule, like other agencies.
Happy tenant I have been dealing with Sandy Wallace for the past year and she has been awesome. We are very happy dealing with Sandy she is polite and easy to talk too, she has a great sense of humour. Any issues we have she will deal with it straight away and we get results. She does her job very well, very prompt with all communication. Any problems we have we can always rely on hearing back from Sandy straight away. We Enjoy Sandy being our property manager she is a person we can trust and rely on.
The team at Oxygen have been amazing to deal with. They invest heavily in staff training to ensure that their team actually knows what they are talking about. I was impressed by the level in which management cares about the team and how their team comes together as a family. The work culture is fantastic and I would trust my investment properties with them any day of the week.
