We had a very good experience with Quinovic Hutt Valley. We nervously handed over the keys to our family home when we moved away & became first time landlords. The team worked well together to advertise our place, find great tenants & set up all relevant processes. They kept us updated with financials & inspections & arranged work as needed. We were grateful to know our place was being well looked after by lovely Jeanne & her team. Thank you!
Our property manager Ang was so lovely and accommodating. Really lovely woman who understands what its like to be a renter - 100% would have her as our agent again Quinovic make sure you keep this one. If this review was just on her it would be 5 stars. Rating reduced as either Quinovic or the landlord weren't great with keeping up with repairs to the house.
Having returned to my homeland after living overseas of 25 years,it was such a relief to find a company that was so helpful in finding my new home. Up until then it had been very difficult to find the right place. I love the home that Quinovic Hutt Valley Property found for me.They were so courteous and very helpful,I would definitely recommend this amazing company to anyone who is looking for their perfect home

Odette in the Hutt Valley office is fantastic, great communicator whilst remaining professional. It was very easy for us to rent the apartment we liked and the turnaround time with the paperwork was less than 2 weeks.
You’ve been excellent in assisting us throughout the process. At first, we thought it will be hard for us because one of our flatmate is currently abroad, but you’ve done the extra mile for us to complete all the papers that we need. Odette, your service is amazing!

Having Ang as our property manager was an absolute delight. A big Thank you to Ang for looking after us for the past year. You have always been very professional but also fair to us as tenants aswell as understanding. Ang developed a good relationship with us as tenants. Ang was very compassionate when I had to find a new place due to the property going on the market and tried her very best to help find a the perfect fit for a new place to rent. Ang was always easy to get in contact with and always did what she said she would in a timely manner. Ang has been by far the best property manager we have ever had and wish her the best for the future.
