I have known Sharon Du Plessis for the last six years and she has managed our property since then.  She is very efficient with her communication and get things sorted pretty quickly.  With vacant property she is able to fill that up pretty quickly.  All rents are also collected promptly without any arrears.  She sends regular inspection reports, is very kind and very respectful in her communication with me and the tenants.  Whenever there are issues with maintenance, she helps me to sort it out quickly.  We are lucky to have her as our property manager. I strongly recommend her to others.

Ray White Hamilton are truly one of the best businesses out there (anywhere in NZ) when it comes to looking after your investment property. Client care and satisfaction, both for landlords and tenants, is a key driver in everything they do and is just one of the reasons why they have been so successful. 
I strongly recommend that any landlord or tenant who is looking to rent out or rent a property that you get in touch and make sure this office is on your list! You will not be disappointed!

What a pleasant experience working with Linda Gillies from Ray White on getting a pet friendly rental.  She went out of her way to negotiate with the owners to allow us to have our puppies at the new rental. Great company to work with and lovely, helpful and efficient property managers.

Sharon has been managing our property in Ngaruawahia for the last two years and we have been very impressed with the service that she provides.

Regular maintenance reports with photos are detailed and if any issues are highlighted then Sharon also provides options to resolve these.

On the very rare occasion of late rent payments, these are promptly followed up with the tenant and communicated to us and resolved.

I would highly recommend Sharon and Ray White as the service is second to none.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to you Sharon for your loyal and efficient services as being our property manager for our rental property in Hamilton for the past 10 years.

The devotion you have shown to your work duties and commitments has shown to us that your knowledge, experience and your standards are very high when you have chosen the tenants for our property. Your regular communications with us is greatly appreciated as this has allowed us not to worry or have concerns regarding the property.   You respond quickly when a problem occurs and have been very helpful with advice as to how to sort out the situation.

We are extremely happy and confident with the way you have managed our property and the care you have shown with the tenants when they have required assistance with a problem. 

We look forward to many more years of having you as our property manager.
