Very unlikely to rent from them. Was declined a property with the reason 'you did not view property' well no we didn't, purely because the incompetent agent couldn't get into the house as had the wrong keys on 2 different viewing times. Were told to just apply anyway but to explain the situation. Sorry but I wasn't able to keep taking time off work to go view a house that your useless agent wasn't able to enter

I highly recommend Harcourts Hamilton Rentals. The Harcourts team provided professional and timely service. They are extremely kind and efficient.

Kerry Herbert is threatening to young females. Intimidation and makes them pay to do repairs that are property maintenance. Also used his car to assault a tenants visitor who was trying to ask why things not being done.

Marnie Payne as a property manager has to be the single most incompetent individual I have ever had dealings with. Communication non-existent, wrong accounts sent to the wrong landlord, did not hold tenants to the terms of their agreement and allowed multiple service visits to be arranged by the tenants without follow up. She should look for another career - this reflects very poorly on the Harcourts team.

Very difficult to deal with. They would give you dead lines of when you would know, they meant nothing, just when they wanted to let you know if you had a property. They made mistakes dont turn up to viewings you have booked, then make excused that you had been informed.
