Very unpleasant and stressful experience. 
 
Upon meeting Errol Rakip, he came across as approachable and appeared to listen. This was short lived and completely absent after the agent contract was signed. Errol Rakip became extremely difficult to communicate with and generally unapproachable. The cooling off and settlement dates within the contract were mysterious altered at some stage - without my knowledge or consent. Additionally, on settlement day - the most important day - Errol Rakip decided to go on holidays and was uncontactable. The settlement was a disaster and caused me a great deal of stress. 
 
As a result of this monumentally bad transaction and complete unprofessionalism Errol Rakip was instructed not to return to his previous agency. 
 
You have been warned. Please consider another agent, it is definitely in your best interest.

Disgraceful and disappointing staff. During an open house not only was I ignored twice but was approached by Sam Loschiavo to give my personal details without an understanding of his role. When asked, I was told he would call the police if i chose not to meet his demands. I feel any dealings with this agency would be a financial and untrustworthy burden. Unfortunately this is the second time i have came across this agency and met with rudeness and impolite behaviour. I would give no stars to reflect this, if google allowed it.

By far the best real estate to rent with so helpful, kind & caring, 
helped my friends and i get a great property to rent

By far the most hopeless, unorganised, complaisant organisation I've ever dealt with. DO NOT lease your property through them. This from myself who rents a property with Ray White Fairfield

Very unorganised and rude staff. Have made multiple complaints to both head office and managers, no action taken.
