Not considerate, unprofessional and rude. You would expect that an established company would have a better service but our entire lease process has been incredibly inconsistent and challenging. We’ve been with them for 2 years and this real estate has treated us very poorly in relation to previous and present agencies.

I have found Nick Dilles to be dishonest and unprofessional.If you want a decent real estate agent keep away from  Century 21 Fairfield!!

I dont want to give any rate al all. I had really bad experience with you guys make me feel like you are not a professional at all. Me and my husband had a house inspection with this company. we’ve checked on application and we rang you to get more information and you comfirmed the date and time with us. Me and my husband and more 20 people who came to inspection for a house waiting at their over 30 with no one come to service us there. I had to ring the company to sort out what happened and the answer is no inspection and why did you update on the application for what? How lucky we are that we are not going with this company less headache.

The most worst real estate I have ever dealt with.. unprofessional liars and don't even get back to you with an out come. I had applied for a home  and was lied to saying my references have been contacted but never were.. you don't even get a phone call in regards to an application or what could possibly be missing just a straight decline with no reason ..  if I could have posted this with out any stars I would have don't even deserve half a star..

I have been working with the team at Century 21 Fairfield for the past couple of years. Their agents are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to assist with any questions. Would gladly recommend.
