If you are looking to rent a property from this agency LJ Hooker Fairfield I wouldn't recommend them at all. We rented a property at 29 hardy street for 2 years and the place was an absolute dump. When we first moved in there was hair everywhere inside and out was absolutely disgusting took me and my family an entire week to clean. We had paid $750 a week whilst our new houses had been built as myself and brother and his kids stayed there. The balcony was so unsafe the tiles were lifting, pretty much all the fly screens in the house are ripped and the paint on the walls they used cheap waterbase paint and after 12 months u could see the undercoat colour coming through. This home was double storey had no heating or cooling so in winter it was a morgue and in summer it was a sauna. The bathroom downstairs had no exhaust fan so I had to invent a fan to go out the window. Tiles in the kitchen where broken and cut so I had to lay vinyl sheets down so I wouldn't cut my feet. Plus the bathroom has mould. The owner of this place was so tight he wouldn't spend a dollar and for not investing in his property he lost tenants. We asked to fix leaking taps, put heating and cooling in for us and nothing was done. LJ Hooker always said the owner didn't wanna fix it, you think as a managing agent you should have a delegation to assist your tenants to sum degree. The house is now advertised for rent again for 3 toilets throughout yes one upstairs and one downstairs and a horrified toilet out the back full of dog fasces which has been sealed off for years.  I wouldn't even pay $400 a week this house needs to be fully renovated plus the house is sinking (take a look in the backyard) LJ Hooker need to ensure homes for rent are liveable you can't rent a property like that out. I hope this owner never rents this property out again because he/she deserves to get nothing no business sense. The house needs to be fully knocked down. 
Oh and an added extra the neighbours kids scream and carrying on until 1am every night so if u are a hard working person that needs sleep I wouldn't rent this place. My list is long but I wanted people to know how horrible and unliveable this home is 
1. Tiles lose throughout the home 
2. On the back verandah there is like a underground cellar full of mosquitoes (you get eaten in the summer) 
3. No exhaust fans in the bathroom downstairs 
4. Downstairs toilet is designed for you to sit sideways between the sink and toilet, if you are more than 50 kilos you can't use the toilet you won't fit on it, plus the bath has rust in the pipes so when you turn the bath on all brown water comes out 
5. No tv antenna downstairs ( u need a good IT specialist to cable up a tv (at your own expense) 
6. Floorboards lose throughout the entire house
7. Kitchen tiles upstairs cut and lose (don't walk barefoot u will have slices in them) 
8. Built in wardrobes don't have good rollers on them so you fit to open and close them. 
9. All flyscreens ripped 
10. Electrical faults through out (lights flicker) 
And more and more 

Every time I called the agent was a struggle to fix anything so this is why I'm leaving this review. The boys who looked after the property were lovely but at the end of the day they couldn't help with fixing anything coz of the owner. And every time u paid rent or bills always was a surcharge to pay by eftpos or credit ( eft is the way of technology u shouldn't be passing on your merchant charges to your customers) 

So all I say is u would rather rent a property that u would be looked after in

DO NOT LET THIS OFFICE SELL OR MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY! they have the worst management department.. rude, inexperienced and not helpful at all very disgraceful!
