Moonee Valley City Council have done nothing to stop the residents of 104 Waverley Street Moonee Ponds for over a year with numerous tradesmen parking their construction vehicles and dumping waste on 106 Waverley St private property!

Very messy mechanic no respect to your car. Dirtied my brand new mats on top both oily with footprints.. Oil on my steering wheel. Went for a simple procedure and took him one and half days to do rwc and just to put a seatbelt.. Last moment tells me need wash engine charges $55 needed more time for that. Ridiculous

had RWC from here. and initially said 600 to fix everything (I thought they try to find unexist faulty that they don't need to replace Cuz i had good car.) The day I was picking up the car and call them to ask " my car is ready"?the boss said you need to replace whole thing of something the that cost more... in the end I paid 1100 to get RWC of good condition car. Don't trust this place...always try to rip off the customers

Did rwc with this place last year with service all good. Suddenly in just a year, rwc the same car mentioned that window tint is illegal and have to pay to take it off. Do not trust this place. They just want to charge you more!!! Will not come back to this place. Congratulation you've lost a potential loyal customer. Was planning to bring my other 2 cars to service here but due to this, not gonna trust this place anymore.

Very happy with the service received from the Ravenhall Auto team. I have been looking for a good mechanic who I can rely on for diesel service for a while now. I found these guys on the internet and gave them a go. They knew their stuff, what to look for, what filters to check and had all the tools to do the diagnostic checks. I was very impressed with their approach and feedback on the service. I will continue to bring my car here for regular service.
