Worked overtime to make sure our home loan got through, despite difficulties with refinancing from our previous bank (BOQ Specialist), and the new bank (Westpac) seemingly doing everything it could to sabotage the process. After a difficult approval process where my partner's business debt had to be assessed in the application, Allison got us the best deal possible in the circumstances and now we're in our dream home!
