I can’t speak highly enough of this branch and Bendigo Bank in general. It’s great to still have a local bank and a local branch manager who you know. We’ve had issues like everyone with a mortgage and trying to purchase and Mark has been so helpful. I love their model of profits going into the local community.

The people there are pretty nice but there’s usually only 1 or 2 people behind counters which isn’t a problem when there’s only like… 1 or 2 people every now and then but there’s still only 1 or 2 people when all the people behind counters are occupied helping people with things that are gonna take a while and there’s like… 5 or 6 other people including myself waiting to have one of them help with like… whatever they came to the bank for. And I feel like the only reason why some of the people in the same line as  me are there is to put money in the account this is also me and just wanna get it over and done with. Soo… moral of the story: would be nice if they got more people in when it’s really busy and the other 1 or 2 people behind counters are all busy with people that are gonna take a while

After entering the bank wearing a mask with my 11year old daughter, an employee female with the position of ‘ Community Engaement Officer’ initiated a loud conversation with two other tellers aimed at myself about how people that  choose to wear masks do not realise that they are causing more harm to themselves than they know and that masks  are not necessary, they cause more harm than good. Funny seen as the State’s Chief Health Advisor and the QLD Gov have deemed them necessary and also my GP who also recommend I do so. Therefore I’m not sure whether this employer Community Engagement Officer has a medical degree or whether she is just quoting fake news that she has read on social media as statistics across Europe actually show an  incredible reduction in cases when masks are worn! After my disgraceful experience I’m assuming that this woman’s role as Community Engagement Officer is to engage in attempting to publicly humiliate  Bendigo customers, this lady is oblivious to the fact that we have a family member who is battling a life threatening illness and we are wanting to show due diligence to protect them, although there is no reason whatsoever I should even need to vindicate my choices.  Over the past 10years as a Bendigo customer I have always had a please take relationship with tellers and staff, however this experience was mortifying and quite frankly upsetting.

I can't thank the team at Bendigo Bank Tewantin Noosa enough for their help setting up a new business account. We were under a lot of stress and the Branch Manager recognised this and went all out to support us. Whilst I am a director of Sunshine Coast Community Financial Services Limited franchisee of the Community Bank the service I received was not unique to me - I see the staff give this level of service to everyone. They are a kind and friendly team.

Bendigo bank is a very customer orientated bank and all their services are simple and easy to follow as well as the people who work there will Bendigo over backwards to help and make sure you walk away very satisfied
