Just called the bank for some information and spoke with Raelene or Rayann.  She was about as much help as talking to the cat, as  matter of fact I had to fill her in on the policy by what I found on the internet.  If any problems, call the toll number, like we eventually had to do.

Absolutely hopeless staff in this so called bank. Gone are the days of tellers, this bank uses machines only that have lines of people behind them who dont know how to use them. There are other banks in the same street that offer personalised service. Hopeless CBA, hopeless.

I had an account a few years back from the school banking program, and there was this one woman who was needlessly rude as hell to me, needless to say I'm a NAB customer now

Absolutely can't express my dislike for the new layout and the service of 80% of the staff.
No where to wait in an ordered line, people walk in and get served based on their rush to an employer. As for the service I am constantly being told I can do one thing then find out I can't. My home loan is on a rate higher then anyone I know that is with the bank and being a first home buyer is supposed to be "rate saver" loan  (no offset possible). 
Definitely not being treated like a loyal customer but as a piggy bank consumer seen with honey lined pockets that they can't wait to drain.
Now such a chore to deal with 👎👎👎

CommBank invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels last year, this is not an investment for our future generations.
Please, invest in renewable energy instead.
