This office is by far the most professional i have experienced in the area. I found the sales staff and property manager to be of the highest competency with genuine care and advice for the needs of me and my families relocation to the area and also the upkeep of my investment property. Look no further then Ralph First.

DO NOT rent from these people!! They are totally unprofessional and cannot be contacted, complete and utter liars. They will charge you for repairs on their rental properties that are not your fault or responsibility. Please stay away from them! The positive feedback is definately false.

Chris & his dedicated team are raising the bar in terms of real estate!! I found Ralph First to be ultra professional in the sale of my property. They even managed to sell my property for $300,000 more than I was expecting. Dedicated Real Estate Agent!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I rented a property from them. Their office staffs communication is extremely poor. They made inspection for client without informing me by using their keys when my family members were at home. Even the girl (Ralph Sales) was not apologised. Very frustating customer service.
