Do not use this Real Estate agent to manage your property. I lost rental income, couldn't settle my house on time as they didn't review tenants' profile properly, didn't inspect property, did less to help me to get the house back and even didn't want to get the order from Tribunal.  We use agent to manage the property, not only to collect commission fee!  Update:  If you were good agent, you would know who I am.  Call you to discuss for what? I have called you many times and sent a lot of emails but most not replied.  Until now, after six months, I still getting rent statement monthly. Unbelievable! I can provide evidence for what I stated.
